The practical life — work, routines, family, leisure, friends and norms. This window is active in all of us, unlike windows 2, 3 and 4 which are highly individual and can be active in different combinations and strengths.

Window 1 is also a "result window" — it shows how everyday life is experienced when seen through the perspectives of the other windows. Your inner development, your spirituality and your world view all become visible here, in how you make decisions, spend your time and meet other people.
