Reflection

Where the four windows meet, a wholeness appears — a kaleidoscope projected onto everyday life. Here are some thoughts to carry with you.

How each window is perceived and developed is unique to every person. When the windows are placed in front of one another like a kaleidoscope, the result is projected onto Window 1 — everyday life. No wonder we, with completely unique perspectives, experience different truths — and therefore different realities.

  • Window 1
  • Window 2
  • Window 3
  • Window 4
  • No window is "best". The whole emerges from the combination — and the combination is unique to every person.
  • Windows 2, 3 and 4 are individual and can be active in different strengths. Window 1 we all share — and onto it everything else is projected.
  • When you understand which windows are active in another person, it becomes easier to understand why they think, feel and prioritise the way they do.
  • Polarisation arises where the windows are invisible to each other. Empathy arises where they become visible.
  • You don't have to change anyone. It is enough to see clearly — starting with yourself.

Thank you for taking part in the model! Use it to make the world a better place — which always begins with each one of us ❤
